We’re certified and accredited, and only work with trainers who are experts within their sector fields. We will not only provide the necessary qualifications to your staff/teams, but we will inspire and encourage them with pursuing their personal development journeys too.
The cost of tuition, the trainer’s preparation to tailor it to you/your team, course materials, tea, coffee and biscuits, and course certificates.
The calibre and experience of our professional and clinical training team, which includes physicians, subject matter experts, and nurse practitioners speaks for itself. Some of our trainers have over 30 years’ experience, and they regularly share experiences and expertise with each other
Training is held at Knockbreda House, 414 Ormeau Road, Belfast BT7 3HY unless otherwise agreed at the start.
We don’t offer a set discount, however please let us know your requirements and budget and we can see what we can offer. We absolutely welcome bespoke training requests so please do get in touch.

You, or your team will leave with the specific accreditation signed up for, and also be equipped with ways to enhance that training or put a more intensive personal development programme in place.
We take individual bookings onto our regular courses where you’ll get to meet like-minded people and have a great time. On the other end of the scale, we can currently accommodate up to 12 here in our Belfast office for bespoke training.
Yes absolutely. Our trainers have years of experience delivering and have found that being as interactive as possible is the best possible learning environment. It won’t be death by PowerPoint we assure you! In our Belfast office, we have multiple, fully functional simulation manikins so that you really get the most out of your courses. The more practical and real we can make a situation, the easier it will be for you to handle in real-life.

If you need to cancel your booking please do so as soon as possible to avoid any charges. We reserve the right to apply a cancellation fee on a sliding scale as follows: within 24 hours of start time we will charge 100% of the course fee. 48 hr – 24hours before we will charge 50% of the course fee. If you wish to reschedule your booking we are happy to do this free of charge up to 48hrs before the course start date.

Yes- we can tailor our training packages to suit your individual needs and are more than happy to deliver any of our accredited or bespoke training courses on your premises. Please email info@oberontraininganddevelopment.co.uk to discuss specific requirements.
Absolutely not, a number of courses are available to anyone. The courses that require a nursing qualification are the clinical courses.
Payments can be made at time of booking via our secure payments system.
As we are registered by CPD, Qualsafe & OCN we offer a wide range of industry recognised and accredited courses.
We aim to have your certificate processed within 5 working days of the course date. If you attended a course arranged by your employer the certificate will be sent to them.
Delegates at sessions up to 3 hours receive complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits. If you are attending a full day we recommend bringing a packed lunch.
Yes, there is parking in our secure carpark and free parking adjacent to our training facility.
