QA Level 3 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) (RQF)

This qualification is designed for those who have a specific responsibility to provide first aid in a range of emergency first aid situations within lower risk businesses. It is also ideal for people who have a specific responsibility to provide basic first aid in voluntary and community activities.

Description

During this 1 day course, learners will develop the skills and knowledge needed to deal with a range of emergency first aid situations, including: managing an unresponsive casualty, CPR, choking, shock, wounds and bleeding and minor injuries.

Successful learners will receive a personalised QA Level 3 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work (RQF) e-Certificate which is valid for 3 years. Once the qualification has expired you are required to undertake the course again in order to maintain the qualification.

    Cancellations

    If you need to cancel your booking please do so as soon as possible to avoid any charges. We reserve the right to apply a cancellation fee on a sliding scale as follows: within 24 hours of start time we will charge 100% of the course fee. 48 hr – 24hours before we will charge 50% of the course fee. If you wish to reschedule your booking we are happy to do this free of charge up to 48hrs before the course start date.
